Inutile dirvi quanto mi sia emozionata alla notizia che Mulder e Scully sarebbero ritornati per nuovi episodi...e ora finalmente ci siamo! Questo mese arriveranno le nuove puntate!
Riguardando i vecchi episodi ho avuto l'ispirazione per disegnare uno schema riguardante X Files, e ho pensato di farne un Mistery (mai nome fu più adatto!) SAL da ricamare insieme durante la visione delle nuove puntate!

If you know me a little bit, you surely know how much I LOVE The X Files serie. In the glorious 90's it was undoubtely my favourite tv serie. I still remember clearly that it was aired on sunday evenings, and everyone was off limits from the room where I was, no one ever dared to bother me! I still remember by heart some episodes. Now in Italy Fox channel is airing all the 9 seasons, I am trying to re-watch them again. The most beautiful thing is that this time around my dear boyfriend Andrea is watching with me, and he never watched The X Files before! I love sharing this with him! That being said, it is useless to say how excited I felt when the news broke that The X Files would be reopened for new episodes...and now here we are! Later this month the new episodes will be aired!
When watching the reruns I came up with the idea of designing an X Files themed chart, and doing a Mistery (what an apt name!) SAL, stitching together while watching the new episodes!

Ecco in breve come si svolgerà il SAL.
Innanzitutto le dimensioni saranno 60x68 punti. La prima tappa sarà appena più grande delle altre perchè in Italia i primi episodi saranno due in una volta. Le altre tappe saranno più brevi.
Ho deciso di fare uscire le tappe nelle date di uscita americane degli episodi, perchè così anche da oltreoceano potranno ricamare durante le puntate:

SECONDA TAPPA: 1° Febbraio 2016
TERZA TAPPA: 8 Febbraio 2016
QUARTA TAPPA: 15 Febbraio 2016

Lo schema prevde l'utilizzo di Shamrock Threads, ma anche una conversione DMC è prevista nello schema.

The total stitched area will be 60x68 stitches.
The first step will be bigger than the others because it will be stitched during the first two episodes. The other steps will be smaller. The charts will come out on the day of the airing of the episodes in the USA.
